Description of magnetic flap level gauge / gauge
The BNA series magnetic flap level gauge / level gauge of Wika is composed of bypass cavity, float and magnetic display body. The bypass chamber is connected to the tank body through at least two process interfaces (flange, thread or welding end), and the liquid level introduced into the tank body is equal. The float is located inside the cavity and floats on the liquid surface. The float is equipped with permanent magnet. The magnetic field can pass through the tube wall of the bypass cavity to trigger the magnetic display body installed outside the bypass cavity to turn over, so as to realize the non-contact liquid level height indication.
The magnetic display body is composed of a two-color plastic or stainless steel turnover plate, with a close arrangement of 10 mm. After the small magnetic column is triggered by the magnetic steel in the float, it turns 180 ° in turn. When the liquid level rises, it turns from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, it turns from red to white.
Therefore, the magnetic flap liquid level gauge / liquid level gauge can clearly indicate the liquid level in the tank without the need of power supply.
